Deadlifts with resistance bands today. This was 65kg and I know there's a lot of improvement to be made. I have a mental barrier whenever I do deadlifts, because I strained my back from doing deadlifts without supervision before (heck, it wasn't even heavy). My back isn't fully healed and I'm scared of injuring myself again. Slowly but surely, I will overcome this stupid phobia.
